A full team behind every evening

It all began with professional musicians. Years on stage, hundreds of venues that listened, applauded… and went home. The job was a good one, but the evening only ever went one way.

Everything changed the day those musicians met developers. On one side, the instinct of the stage; on the other, real time, smartphones and code. Together, they built something that didn't exist: a show where the audience no longer just watches, but sings, votes, buzzes in and steps up on stage.

Refrain Productions was born from that meeting. It brings together talents who would never cross paths anywhere else: musicians, developers, designers, stage managers, administrators. Each has their own craft, with one shared goal: the evening.

And because everyone has a song, our shows work for ages 7 to 77: grandparents recognise the intro, teenagers belt out the chorus, and nobody stays seated. Bringing generations together isn't a sales pitch, it's simply what happens in the room.

At the heart of it all is the audience. Not the band, not the tech: the audience. More than 1,000 concerts across France, Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco, Italy and Spain have proved it – the best evening isn't the one you watch, it's the one you're still talking about the next day because you were truly part of it.
