In practice

Your situation, our answer

The brief

One date a week in high season, in a semi-outdoor venue, in front of families spanning three generations and several nationalities. No dedicated technical crew, no time for rehearsals, no room for a nasty surprise on the bill.

Our answer

A clear fixed price and a self-sufficient team: PA, lighting, screens, control desk and network all included. Set-up in the early afternoon, show in the evening, get-out straight afterwards. The format is well proven across the upmarket campsite networks – Yelloh! Village, Sunêlia, Capfun, Tohapi, V and B – with a repertoire in nine languages.

What you provide

A performance area of six metres by four, a power supply and a covered fallback in case of rain. Nothing else: our bands bring everything with them.

Terms and invoicing

A costed proposal covering wages, social charges, transport and equipment, followed by an assignment contract. One date, one price, no hidden costs discovered afterwards. July and August weeks go first.

Your questions

What people ask us

Do you perform outdoors?

Yes, weather permitting. An indoor room or covered shelter as a fallback is essential: our bands' equipment can't be used in the rain.

Do we need an internet connection in the venue?

No. The system runs on our own local network, even in a marquee or a venue with no mobile signal.

Can children take part?

Yes, when accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, they never go on stage alone.

What does your proposal include?

Our artists' salaries and social charges, transport, equipment, set-up and breakdown, the live performance and the background music between sets. We also take care of all the administration: booking, assignment contract and employment contracts.
