In practice

Your situation, our answer

The brief

Town hall, community of communes, festival committee or tourist office: a free event that needs to reach every generation in your area, without the paperwork (GUSO, public procurement, SACEM permissions) turning into a headache.

Our answer

Fully self-sufficient for sound and lighting, set up in under three hours, with an indoor fallback if the weather turns. The show is intergenerational by design: children come up to sing, and grandparents recognise the hits of their youth.

Administrative framework

GUSO (the simplified declaration scheme for occasional employers) or invoice: we'll settle this in a single conversation once you've requested a quote.

Your questions

What people ask us

Do you work with invoices or with GUSO?

Both. We can issue an invoice, or handle a GUSO declaration for occasional employers such as town halls and associations. We discuss this from our very first conversation, before anything is signed.

Who declares the SACEM fees?

The organiser does. Copyright fees are not social charges, so they are not part of the assignment agreement: they must be declared to the local SACEM office. Private events such as weddings, birthdays and family gatherings are exempt.

Do you perform outdoors?

Yes, weather permitting. An indoor room or covered shelter as a fallback is essential: our bands' equipment can't be used in the rain.

Can children take part?

Yes, when accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, they never go on stage alone.
